In 1988 the family patriarch started a private lending business, focusing on intellectual property loans. Sincerely caring about his borrowers and developing personal relationships with them, the business flourished by word of mouth. As the company prospered, the family’s reputation for honesty, reliability, and financial strength took root. Eventually friends and family started requesting real estate loans as well.

Three decades later, the next generation started Hope & Co. Business Capital, LLC to make private loans secured by Southern California real estate. Just as before, we build personal relationships with our borrowers and work tirelessly to provide them with the business capital that they need. And just as before, our business has thrived. We pride ourselves on our fast closings and our flexible deal structures that work.
